No, at this time the clinic is licensed for clients who live and are presently in the state of Montana.

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Montana Medicaid for all appointment types.
We also accept UnitedHealthcare behavioral health plan United Behavioral Health/Optum (part of UnitedHealthcare)- this is for mental health visits only.
We are actively credentialing with additional insurers including Pacific Source and Mountain CO-OP and expect to expand coverage soon.
If you do not have one of these insurers, we offer straightforward self-pay pricing.
We can quickly verify your insurance benefits before your visit—just contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Right now, private pay if you do not have an insurance we accept.
We can take debit or credit card and certain electronic payments. Costs are displayed when you schedule an appointment.

We ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. We will waive the first offense. Fees may also be waived at the discretion of the practice for emergencies, severe illness, weather events, or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us with your circumstances of the cancellation.

There are no requirements other than the intake paperwork you will receive when you request an appointment and the appointment is confirmed. There may be medications (controlled substances) that if after evaluation are indicated or in order for me to continue will require that you see an in-person medical provider, this will be discussed in our visits.

No. My scope of practice is mental health and substance use disorder, given sexual health and wellness dovetails in these areas we do offer those services.

If insurance does not cover medications then medications will be prescribed to a compounding pharmacy with directly shipped to you through out of pocket costs.
