No, not at this time, though we are awaiting final credentialing to incorporate Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum United, Montana Medicaid, Pacific Source, and others in the coming months.

There are no requirements other than the intake paperwork you will receive when you request an appointment and the appointment is confirmed. There may be medications (controlled substances) that if after evaluation are indicated or in order for me to continue will require that you see an in-person medical provider, this will be discussed in our visits.

No. My scope of practice is mental health and substance use disorder, given sexual health and wellness dovetails in these areas we do offer those services.

Right now, private pay. We can take debit or credit card and certain electronic payments.

If you join the weight loss or TRT monthly programs, we use a compounding pharmacy which will deliver the medications and supplies to you direct from the pharmacy.
