No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because clinician time cannot be reallocated on short notice, the following policy applies:

• Late cancellations (cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time) will incur a fee equal to the scheduled visit type.

• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice) will incur a fee equal to the scheduled visit type.

Current fees are as follows:

• Psychiatric Intake Appointment: $250

• Follow-Up Appointment: $150

• Sexual Health Visit: $50

• Substance Use Visit: $100

These fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.

Exceptions for true emergencies may be considered at the clinician’s discretion. One courtesy waiver may be offered; repeated late cancellations or no-shows will be charged consistently.
